Billing and refunds

What is sold

Advertising space on one of two real bikes, an aero road bike and a gravel bike, priced as a share of that bike’s campaign goal. One payment, no subscription, no renewal.

• One zone on the bike you picked, printed in vinyl and carried for the life of that bike.
• Each bike carries its own zones (21 on the road bike, 24 on the mountain bike), and each zone has its own price, worked out from its print area and how much of the road sees it.
• All prices are shown and charged in USD.
• There is no recurring charge, no renewal and no auto-billing of any kind.

Accepted payment methods

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and the local methods Creem offers at checkout. Payment is taken once, at the moment you claim a zone.

Delivery and fulfilment

• Your placement appears on the public board as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• The logo you upload in the claim form is the file we print. If you upload nothing, the name you typed at checkout is printed as text. To change the artwork later, write to info@brandmybicycle.lol and the replacement goes on at the next reprint.
• Nothing is printed on the bike until the funding goal fills, so no physical work starts while a full refund is still possible.
• Once the goal fills, the vinyl is cut and applied within 30 days and photographed on the bike. The photo is published on this site.
• There is nothing to ship and no physical product is sent to you.

How it is billed

Payments are processed by Creem, the merchant of record. Creem is the name that appears on your statement, and it handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Card details never touch our servers.

When money comes back

• If the goal is not filled and the campaign closes, every backer is refunded in full, automatically. No deadline shortens this: the money is either turned into the wrap or returned.
• If we decline your artwork under the content rules, your payment is refunded in full.
• Once the goal fills and your placement is printed on the bike, the placement is delivered and the payment is final.
