Prices, currency and payment

• Every price on this site is quoted and charged in USD.
• Creem acts as merchant of record: it bills you, appears on your statement, and handles applicable sales tax and VAT.
• A payment is a one-off charge. Nothing on this site starts a subscription.
• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.

Independence

brandmybicycle is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Scott or any bike or component maker named on the site. Product names identify the object being sponsored, nothing more.

What the service is

Two real bikes, an aero road bike and a gravel bike, are each wrapped with printed vinyl carrying the names and logos of the people who backed that bike, and are ridden in public for the life of each bike.

A sponsorship buys advertising space on the bike it was bought for. It does not buy the bike, a share of any company, or any say over where and when the bike is ridden.

The goal and the refund rule

• Each bike has its own public funding goal, shown on that bike page. The two boards are settled separately.
• If a goal fills, that board closes forever and every paid placement goes on that bike.
• If a goal is not filled, that bike closes without a wrap and every backer of that bike is refunded in full. This is the same promise the home page makes: no goal, no charge kept.
• Nothing is printed before that bike reaches its goal, so no placement is delivered while refunds are still possible.

Your artwork

• You must own the name and logo you put on the bike.
• No slurs, no adult content, no political campaigns, no crypto scams, nothing illegal.
• We can decline or remove artwork that breaks these rules; declined placements are refunded.

If something goes wrong

• Write to info@brandmybicycle.lol first. We answer billing questions within two hours and try to settle them directly.
• If the payment itself is the problem, Creem is the merchant of record and can be contacted about the charge as well.
• Raising a chargeback before writing to us usually costs both sides more than a refund would.
• Our liability for a placement is limited to what you paid for it. We do not promise a commercial result from being on the bike.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, where the business is registered, and the courts of İzmir, Türkiye have jurisdiction. This does not remove any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

No warranty

The bike is ridden hard outdoors. Vinyl fades, frames crash. We keep the print in good shape at each reprint, but the product is a real object in the real world and is provided as it is.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes are announced on the site.
