Independence

brandmybicycle is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Giant or any bike or component maker named on the site. Product names identify the object being sponsored, nothing more.

What the service is

One aero race bike is wrapped with printed vinyl carrying the names and logos of the people who backed it, and is ridden in public for the life of the bike.

A sponsorship buys advertising space on that bike. It does not buy the bike, a share of any company, or any say over where and when the bike is ridden.

The goal and the refund rule

• The campaign has a single public funding goal shown on the home page.
• If the goal fills, the board closes forever and every paid placement goes on the bike.
• If the goal is not filled, the campaign closes without a wrap and every backer is refunded in full. This is the same promise the home page makes: no goal, no charge kept.
• Nothing is printed before the goal fills, so no placement is delivered while refunds are still possible.

Your artwork

• You must own the name and logo you put on the bike.
• No slurs, no adult content, no political campaigns, no crypto scams, nothing illegal.
• We can decline or remove artwork that breaks these rules; declined placements are refunded.

No warranty

The bike is ridden hard outdoors. Vinyl fades, frames crash. We keep the print in good shape at each reprint, but the product is a real object in the real world and is provided as it is.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes are announced on the site.
