No accounts

There are no user accounts. Browsing the site requires nothing. Placing a bid asks for the name or brand you want printed, and payment is handled entirely by the payment provider.

What is stored when you bid

• The name or brand you asked to put on the bike, the amount and the zone you picked.
• A random visitor identifier held in a cookie in your browser, used to connect a checkout back to the bid that started it.
• The two letter country code that Cloudflare reports for the request.
• The time of the bid.

Analytics

We count events such as page views, bid starts and share clicks. These records carry a hashed visitor identifier and no personal data. We use no third party advertising trackers and build no cross site profiles.

Processors we rely on

• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the database and provides the bot check. Request metadata passes through Cloudflare.
• Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Your card details never touch our servers.

Retention and your rights

Sponsor records are kept for the life of the campaign, because the board is the product. Analytics carry no identifying data.
